This policy applies to all persons on site, including players, coaches, officials, volunteers, staff, spectators, visitors, and contractors. By entering TISC (including the car park) or participating in any activity, you agree to comply with this policy.

1) Private Premises – Management Authority

  1. Entry and participation at TISC is a privilege, not a right.
  2. Management may refuse entry, direct any person to leave, remove any person from a session, and/or suspend or ban any person where reasonably necessary for safety, security, operations, or a breach of this policy (subject to applicable law).
  3. If you are directed to leave, you must leave immediately. Remaining after being requested to leave may be treated as trespass and police may be contacted.

2) Bans, “No Return” Rule & Enforcement

This section exists to stop removed patrons returning and to safeguard our culture.

  1. Bans are personal and non-transferable. If you are banned, you must not attempt to return:

  3. Identity checks: For safety and ban enforcement, TISC may require a person to provide their name and/or reasonable proof of identity as a condition of entry. If you refuse, entry may be refused.
  4. Ban register: TISC may keep an internal record of bans and serious incidents (e.g., names, incident details, and where available lawful images/CCTV references) for safety and enforcement.
  5. Team accountability: If a team knowingly fields a banned person or assists them to enter, TISC may remove the person immediately and may also suspend the team/booking holder and/or apply forfeits.

3) Zero-Tolerance Conduct Standard (Culture Protection)

TISC is a respectful sports environment. If you bring aggression, abuse, intimidation, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour, you will be asked to leave.

TISC holds public liability insurance for the operation of the Centre. This insurance is intended to respond to eligible claims where TISC is legally liable. It does not replace participants’ own insurance and does not mean TISC accepts responsibility for all injuries or losses.

Participant Risk Acknowledgement

Indoor sport involves inherent risks (including collisions, falls, ball-strike, overuse injury, and equipment-related risks). Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Mandatory Incident Reporting (Immediate)

For safety and insurance purposes, any incident must be reported to TISC staff immediately, including injuries (minor or serious), near-misses, property damage, and hazards (unsafe surfaces, broken equipment, unsafe behaviour).

Do not continue play if there is an injury or safety concern until staff have been notified and the area is confirmed safe.

TISC may require an incident report to be completed at the time (or as soon as practicable) and may request reasonable details (names, contact information, what occurred, and witness details). Failure to report an incident promptly or refusal to follow reasonable safety directions may result in removal and/or suspension.

  1. CCTV operates in common areas for safety and security. Signage is displayed.
  2. CCTV is not installed in toilets or other private amenity areas.

13) Complaints

  1. Complaints should be submitted in writing.
  2. Abusive or threatening conduct during a complaint process may result in removal or further action.
